Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean has made his fourth signing of the transfer window today, signing the highly rated 22 year old Mauro Formica from Argentine side Newell's Old Boys
The attacking midfielder has signed three and a half year contract and follows Roque Santa Cruz, Jermaine Jones and Ruben Rochina into Ewood Park.
The Argentine U17 midfielder has made 86 appearances for Old Boys scoring 20 goals in the last five years but is deemed as one of the best players from the Argentine League.
Steve Kean has only been in charge at Rovers since December taking over from Sam Allardyce and shown during this transfer window he was determined to put his own stamp on the squad and has had the backing of new owners Venkys.
