The 'Unofficial Premier League Champions' Bolton Wanderers have announced they are to tour the United States for pre-season ahead of the 2011/12 season.
Only one date has been announced so far and that will see The Trotters will play Houston Dynamo in the Dynamo Charities Cup on July 20.
One Bolton player who will want to be fit for the tour will be Stuart Holden who made 103 appearances for the Dynamos scoring 15 goals before his move to Bolton. At the moment he is missing for the rest of the season with a cruciate injury but will be hoping to be on the plane heading to his homeland.
Bolton will be the fifth Premier League side to tour the States following in the footsteps of Everton, Manchester City, Manchester United and Newcastle United.
