Torres watch

Last goal 3rd November 1972

Last week we brought to your attention a site which shows the total time since Chelsea's Fernando Torres last scored for Chelsea, as we know he has yet to get of the mark. The site has been updated and we have now reached the 700 minute mark or nearly 8 whole matches. The games are running out for El Nino to open his account before the Tenerife move beckons. Will he break his duck before the summer or is he destined to be the biggest flop in Chelsea's history. You can see for yourself by going to http://www.torres50.webs.com

Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti finally decided to start with Drogba at the weekend while Torres was getting splinters on the bench and while Drobga scored Torres only got to see 8 minutes action. Is Ancelotti's patience finally worn thin?

There's no doubting the mans talents but injuries and no breaks in pre-season for the last two years seem to be taking it's toll on the Spaniard. I bet those Liverpool fans who questioned Torres sale must now be rubbing there hands together!!

Next match for Chelsea: Wednesday 20th April (h) Birmingham City.

Chelsea fans, can you see Torres scoring before the season is finished or will Torres end up in the same group of ex-Chelsea players such as Hernan Crespo, Andriy Shevchenko and Mateja Kezman?
