Thomas Rensen update

31 matches in 31 days - Today Match 27 Fortuna Koln v Germania Windeck Cologne

Thomas Rensen embarked on a footballing journey to remember. 31 football matches in 31 days. We at WorldwideFootball followed him on his travels around Europe but you can read his own words by visiting his site at http://uk.31matches.eu/
London, Stamford Bridge, 30th April 2011. That will be a date etched on Thomas Rensens mind forever as that was the day he completed his mammoth 31 day trip around Europe to witness 31 matches from virtually every European league.
Today he was at Stamford Bridge to see Chelsea's Premier League aspirations just about stay alive. A last minute Soloman Kalou strike earned Chelsea the 3 points as they beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-1
The 31 day journey saw Thomas travel to countries such as Slovakia, Luxembourg, Switzerland and his homeland Holland and the amount of miles covered exceeds 15000 but as you can see from the scores below, he didn't see many dull 0-0 matches, in fact there was only one!!
As we speak he is now on his way home and catch up with friends and family. Will he have a break from football for a while, I doubt it, I reckon he will probably put his feet up, relax and catch the live game. Here’s a list of all the matches Thomas saw on his journey.
