Mark Bresciano Signs For Lazio

Australian midfielder Mark Bresciano has today joined Lazio on a 3 year contract from fellow Italian side Palermo Worldwide Football can announce.
The 30yr old famous for his "spartacus" celebration played for the "Eagles" for four years where he made his name and has represented Australia at every level from under 17 to the national team where he played in 2 of Australia's 3 matches at this years World Cup.
In 2008 Bresciano thought he had signed for Manchester City and was even training with them thinking the deal had been done only to find out the deal has broken down and he would have to go back to Palermo for the new season.
Bresciano has also been linked with West Ham United in the past but has waited until now to move and has decided to stay in Italy and sign for Serie A club Lazio instead hoping his addition will help them achieve a higher position than they achieved last year.
