The midfielder has been at Tottenham for 6 years but has yet to cement a place in the heart of the midfield and has previously had loan spell at Chesterfield, Millwall and Portsmouth where he was influential in their making the FA Cup Final in 2010 a season which also saw him crowned Pompey's player of the year.
Since returning to Tottenham for the 2010/11 season O'Hara has undergone surgery on his back and has yet to make a single appearance for Spurs this season.
The 24 year old, capped 7 times for England at Under 21 level knows he has to kickstart his career again and hopefully getting games under his belt will being him to the attention of his boss Harry Redknapp and try and get a place in the 25 man squad for the beginning of the 2011/12 season.
